We were recommended to use Past&Present, the work comprised refurbishing a 10 year old engineered oak floor, which had wear and tear marks and some warped boards. Clever repairs and refreshing the surface with a combination of sanding, filling defects, and resealing has resulted in an immaculate floor area, new in every respect. Meticulous and a focus on the detail. Great workmanship.

We absolutely love the floor and the team did an amazing job. Right from the get go the communication was fantastic (even allowing for my mistakes with dates!). The work was carried out with great attention to detail from the floor clearing, waterproofing and levelling to the layout, fitting, sanding and finishing. The site was left clean and tidy every day and the team were professional, very friendly and helpful.

Rob sanded our scratched and battered oak floor so perfectly none of our friends could believe it wasn’t brand new!
